This return policy also applies to purchases made on our eBay Store. When packaging your item for return please include a note with the item number, your contact details and reason for the return.

If you think the item is faulty:

We offer a Return to Base warranty. If your item is faulty please get in touch with us via our eBay store or call us on 01524 845335 to arrange a return, then return it to the address at the bottom of this page (along with your name, contact details and a description of the problem). Let us know whether you want a refund, a replacement or for us to attempt to fix the problem and return the item to you. Please be sure that the item is definitely faulty before returning it to us, as we may have to charge you for any costs incurred if there is no problem (Postage, diagnostic fee etc).

If you wish to return the item for a refund:

If you have purchased the incorrect item for your needs, or simply wish to return your item for a refund, please send it back (securely packaged) to us at the address below. Make sure to contact us via eBay or phone (01524 845335) first to arrange this. We will refund you the cost of the item minus a restocking fee (15%) upon receipt. We will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item.
